Initiating a Return

Return Process

If your return is accepted, we will pickup the product from you. If in anycase we are not able to pickup the product we will share the delivery instructions so that you can send the product to us.
Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately within 24hrs of recieving the product at support@autowater.store .We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Replacement

For a faster Repacement process, we will send you the new product and pick-up the old one.
Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, The total amount you paid will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
